China Environment Statistics, sourced from National Bureau of Statistics and Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China, demonstrates China's environmental protection. Statistics are about the environment of over 110 major cities in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities nationwide.
Indicators include the environment of waters, oceans and atmosphere, solid waste, natural ecology, land use, forestry, disasters and emergencies, investment in environment, urban and rural environment and the management. This database is of significance for relevant users to study and explore the coordinated development of economic advancement and environmental protection, which as a result further consolidate the sound development of China's environmental protection cause. Data start from 1990 with yearly update.
